(Friedman D) Qualified historical structures: parking spaces.
Summary: Would prohibit a local agency from imposing parking standards on a qualified historical structure, or a structure that is eligible to be listed as a qualified historical structure, that is located in a qualified historic resource, unless the qualified historical structure is being converted into a high intensity use building, as defined in the bill.
