During the legislative process, AIACA and it’s committees will review a significant number of bills and identify bills of interest to the profession. Typical areas that we monitor include K-12 School design and construction, professional practice, procurement, regulatory code changes, housing, healthcare, sustainability, energy, and other relevant bills that affect the built environment and architectural profession. We will call upon our members to weigh in, and provide feed-back.
